Gleneagles Global Health City signs M.O.U with S. Badalchand Chordia Trust to provide High-End Comprehensive Cardiac Care to Children from economically weaker sections of our Society 
~ The M.O.U will enable access to 100 young children suffering from heart ailments every year~
Chennai, April 27, 2017: In order to do their bit to help the underprivileged sections of the society, Gleneagles Global Health City, a Parkway Pantai Enterprise, today had the unique privilege of partnering with the S. Badalchand Chordia Trust (SBCT). An MOU was signed with the SBCT to provide High-End Comprehensive Cardiac Care to children belonging to the economically weaker sections of our society. Mr Prasanchand Chordia, Managing Trustee, Mr Subhashchand Bafna, Mr Shantilal Kankaria and other trustees of S. Badalchand Chordia Trust and Dr Sandeep Attawar, Program Director and Chair Cardiac Surgeries, Thoracic Organ Transplant, Gleneagles Global Health City, represented their respective organizations to sign the M.O.U at the GRT Grand, Chennai.
To begin with S. Badalchand Chordia Trust and Gleneagles Global Health City will provide top of the line cardiac care for a 100 patients a year that fall in the BPL (Below Poverty Line) category. Patients after getting their case vetted by SBCT will then be directed towards Gleneagles Global Health City for treatment. The M.O.U will benefit young patients who require Open Heart Surgeries. According the M.O.U the Gleneagles Global Health City will also provide heavily subsidised rates on Operation Theatre charges, Doctors’ professional fees, standard pre and post-operative investigations, standard ward pharmacy, surgical and aesthesia consumables and post-operative visits of treating specialist to all the patients referred by the SBCT.

We are also actively engaged in providing medical assistance to economically weaker section by tying up with prominent hospitals in India.
