DLF Cybercity Chennai (IT- SEZ) announces Phase III Completion beginning Q3, 2017


Chennai, 10th May 2017 DLF Cybercity Chennai, the largest and most successful operational project in South India, today announced Phase III completion beginning Q3, 2017 ofits IT SEZto commemorate the tenth anniversary of the DLF Cybercity Chennai.Reaffirming the company’s commitment to the city of Chennai, DLFannounces the planned readiness of phase IIIof its state-of-the-art Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Mount Poonamalle Road, Manapakkam being ready for handover for Fit-outs beginning Q3 ‘17.Keeping in view the strong demand from both existing and new tenant opportunities, DLF Cybercity Chennai has already commenced the construction of three new blocks totaling 1.6 mlnsq. ft.with an investment of approx. Rs 500 Cr.
