P V SINDHU PRESENTED VELAMMAL SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS Today
PV Sindhu, the First Indian to be crowned as the World Badminton Champion received a grand reception at Velammal Main School Campus on 10.10.19 (Thursday) where she was honoured for her exemplary achievement.
Sindhu felicitated the sports achievers of Velammal Nexus Schools for their exceptional accomplishments in various disciplines of sports at the national and international arena with Scholarship Awards worth Rs.60 lakhs.
She also lauded the NTSE toppers for their academic brilliance. The interact session on Sindhu’s passion and dedication towards her goal inspired the students. Sindhu in her speech urged the students to use every opportunity wisely to succeed in life.
